If she can lift weights, keep up with people decades younger in the gym, and hold a 3 minute plank (yes, she can), then you can too. Oh, and did we mention Jerry is 100 years old?

Watching Jerry hold the plank and easily carry on a conversation at the same time is…amazing. And that’s regardless of her age. When asked, Jerry says she feels terrific.
